Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 15, 2026.
This Privacy Policy explains how FareDeal Expert ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, shares and protects information when you visit this website, submit a request, or call our agents. It also explains the choices you have over your data, including advertising and analytics cookies.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us. Your name, phone number, email address and travel details (routes, dates, passengers, and similar) when you contact us, submit a form, or speak with an agent. If you book, our agents may collect the details required to issue a ticket, such as passenger names as they appear on your ID.
Information collected automatically. Standard server logs and analytics data: IP address, approximate location derived from it, browser and device type, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, and time on site.
Session activity. We use Microsoft Clarity, which records interactions on this site — including mouse movement, scrolling, clicks and page navigation — to produce heatmaps and session replays that help us find usability problems. Clarity masks text input by default, and we do not use it to capture the contents of form fields. See Microsoft's privacy statement.
Payment details. We do not collect or store card numbers on this website. Any payment is taken over the phone by an agent through a payment processor.
2. How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiry and search for, quote and book travel on your behalf.
- To service an existing booking — changes, cancellations and refunds.
- To operate, secure, measure and improve this website.
- To show and measure advertising, where you have consented to that.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations, and to resolve disputes.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own independent marketing.
3. Legal bases (EEA and UK visitors)
Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on: performance of a contract to quote and arrange your travel; consent for analytics and advertising cookies and for marketing messages; legitimate interests in operating and securing the site and preventing fraud; and legal obligation where the law requires us to keep records.
4. Cookies and similar technologies
We group cookies into three categories:
- Strictly necessary — required for the site to function and to remember your cookie choice. These are always active and cannot be switched off.
- Analytics — Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity, used to understand how the site is used. Loaded only after you consent.
- Advertising — used to serve and measure ads, including personalised ads. Loaded only after you consent.
You can accept or reject the analytics and advertising categories when you first visit, and you can change your mind at any time using the button below. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though parts of the site may then behave differently.
5. Advertising and third-party vendors
We may display advertising on this site supplied by third-party advertising networks, including Google.
- Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites.
- Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this site and other sites on the internet.
- You can opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google My Ad Center or Google Ads Settings.
- You can opt out of some third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalised advertising at aboutads.info/choices, optout.networkadvertising.org, or, in Europe, youronlinechoices.com.
- For how Google handles data from sites that use its services, see Google's partner-sites notice.
Advertising and analytics tags on this site are governed by Google Consent Mode: until you consent, they are loaded in a restricted state that does not set advertising or analytics cookies.
6. Sharing your information
We share personal information only with: airlines, consolidators and global distribution systems as needed to quote and issue your booking; service providers who operate our website, telephony, analytics and payment processing under contract; and authorities or advisers where we are legally required to do so, or to establish or defend legal claims. If our business is sold or reorganised, information may transfer as part of that transaction.
7. International transfers
We are based in the United States and our service providers may process data in the United States and elsewhere. Where we transfer personal data out of the EEA or UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
8. Retention
We keep enquiry and booking records for as long as needed to provide the service and then for the period required by tax, accounting and consumer-protection law — typically up to seven years. Analytics data is retained for a shorter period in line with the settings of the tools described above. You may ask us to delete your data sooner, subject to those legal obligations.
9. Your rights
EEA and UK. You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your personal data, to object to processing based on legitimate interests, and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing already carried out. You may also lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority.
California. Under the CCPA/CPRA you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how it is used, to request deletion or correction, to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell personal information; rejecting the advertising category above also opts you out of "sharing" as that term is defined by the CPRA.
To exercise any of these rights, email support@faredealexpert.com. We will verify your request and respond within the period the applicable law allows.
10. Children
This site is intended for adults booking travel and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) across the site. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
12. Do Not Track
Browsers vary in how they send "Do Not Track" signals and there is no agreed standard for responding to them, so we do not currently respond to DNT. We do honour the cookie choice you make on this site, and Global Privacy Control signals where our tooling supports them.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our practices or the law change. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision, and material changes will be highlighted on this page.
14. Contact us
Questions, requests or complaints about privacy: email support@faredealexpert.com or call +1 (855) 302-0422, 24/7.
This policy describes our actual data practices, but it is not legal advice. Have a qualified attorney review it against your jurisdiction and business before relying on it.
